I like a busy restaurant. It says a lot about the place. I ordered from theluncheon menu: Veal liver with home fries, soup, coffee and Caesar salad. My guests had the Club sandwich, also served with salad and potatoes.The service was excellent. Lunch for 3 was $30. +tip.And a word about St.Jean-sur-Richelieu. It's a lovely small city with services, stores and restaurants. It seems predominantly French but we have always been served cordially in English. We plan to explore the riverside this summer. BRAVO to the little city and really nice people.
always a good fast and courteous service. the dishes are of a good and affordable portion. Today I took a Co-Vedette (2 eggs, golden bread, 1 choice of meat, potatoes, fruits and roasts) for $7.95. Lunch potatoes are the best in town and golden bread, with a touch of cinnamon, delicious. The only negative point is coffee. who is tasteless...I'm going early, because there's always a lot of landing at the end of the week!

Always popular due to great value. Good prices for breakfast with coffee included. Lunches under 8 dollars include soup or tomato juice and dessert. Not a fancy place and it can get a bit noisy but that is off set by the fair value of food with good presentation and price.
