I celebrated my birthday last night, and our chef Louie made it an unforgettable experience for my family and me. He has such a wonderful personality and kept us laughing the entire time. The food was delicious, and everyone was incredibly friendly. We received extraordinary service, and they even sang happy birthday to me. A huge thank you to the staff at Torrance Benihana for making my evening so amazing. I will definitely be requesting Chef Louie every time I visit!
Family dinner for my cousins birthday. Kid friendly, waiting and chef staff funny and friendly. Although we had an appointment at 7pm, we weren't seated until 7:30 and that was after questioning the hostesses. Chef didn't arrive until 8pm. Normally I wouldn't care, but we had little kids who are not as patient. Which it made it difficult to entertain them while the staff got it together. Regardless of our reservation the staff was not prepared.
I visited Benihana to celebrate my birthday, and it was our first time back since the pandemic. Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. As a business and success coach, I'm aware of the challenges restaurants are currently facing. However, our chef was very friendly, and the food was fantastic.

Our chef was fantastic and really funny. The food was excellent and fresh, as always. Even when there were minor issues, the management worked hard to make things right. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!
this was the place to go during the pandemic when you can order. the chicken fried sharp right was always a hit. I would have it with crawling legs that I would order from another place.
