With the financial support of a friend, we went for the chef's choice menu complete with wine pairings. It was more than we would normally spend for any dinner but the experience was superb. A tasty variety of dishes arrived, beautifully prepared, and much to our liking, complemented by generally appropriate wine pairings explained by the sommelier. It was, all in all, a memorable evening, punctuated by lovely cocktails prepared by the award winning bartender.
Such an incredible space! Well-designed room with beautiful lighting. The service was on the spot. Chris, our server was so beautiful. He had great timing and had great suggestions. We have the 'We'll Take It From Here ' Chefs Tasting Menu. The flavors were absolutely perfect and the university risotto was my absolute favorite. All about this culinary experience was delightful. Would recommend this for a special occasion or if you wish a special treat!
my aunt has recently died and when I heard of the day of the dead celebration, I jumped by chance. the art for the evening consisted of names of loved ones who have passed away and I have given up my name there. it was a wonderful way to honour her and to remember the loving memories of her evening. great experience overall and I would recommend to everyone to go.
My new favorite restaurant in Vancouver! My husband loves meat and I'm a vegetarian. We really enjoyed their eclectic and creative cocktail list and balanced and very creative menu that satisfied both of our cravings. It is the perfect place to dine for a romantic or special occasion and/or intimate dinner. Also, we appreciated the top-notch service! :
our friend recommended the botanist and we wanted at least one really nice dinner before we left vancouver. we were very satisfied with the service, our server was delightful and the dishes were presented with a beautiful description and aromen were amazing! from the speciality fife crafts brot to dessert, we loved it all.
Sunday brunch at Botanist exceeded our expectations. The food was delicious and creative, and brunch cocktails were perfectly paired, tasty and refreshing. Our server was delightful and helped to make our experience 10/10!
My first dinner at Botanist after many fantastic breakfasts. Restaurant far too loud to the point of discomfort. It's a pity as the food ans service is very good
