**Updated Review:** Last night (8/13), I visited Buffalo Wild Wings hoping for a delicious cheeseburger. Our server, Joshua, was fantastic and took great care of us. We placed our order, and everything seemed to be going smoothly. The wingers arrived quickly and were excellent. However, the burger was a different story—it looked like it had been through a disaster. Half of the burger was missing, and what was left consisted of scattered bits of patty, an excessive amount of filler, and a disappointing side of fries. Do not bother visiting this restaurant! It is disappointing to see the decline in service at this location. It took a while for someone to come to our table to take our order. We ordered an onion ring appetizer and two cheeseburgers with fries, along with waters. Despite placing our order, the waters did not arrive for another 15 minutes. When the appetizer finally came, there were no plates or napkins provided. We had to grab napkins from another table and eventually had to ask for them again. Honestly a very terrible experience. The food came out one by one. Starting with our fries which were meant to be a side with our chicken. By the time the chicken arrived the fries were cold. But thats not where it ended. The chicken was barely warm andwe're quite sure it was like day-old chicken tossed in sauce . It was drier than.. well I'll let you fill in the blank with yourimagination. It was not good and certainly not worth packing up leftovers to- go. I love buffalo wild wings, but i cant imagineill ever return to this location.

It's been a long time since we've been to any buffalo wild wings. So we decided today (4/25/22) was going to be the day. Having a late lunch sitting in the bar area I saw something I've never seen before at BWW. They had a pull tab machine and even posted what was won already! Prompt service. We had a issue with the food though, but to there credit management took that item off the bill.
Some of the worst wings I've had at Buffalo Wild Wings. I've attached a picture, and based on the color, they looked and tasted like they were cooked in old, rancid oil. The waiter took them back and replaced them, but the new ones were just as bad. The service was great, but if wings are supposed to be their specialty, these were disappointing. It's hard to give them more than 2 stars.
I placed my order at 5 PM, and it's now 8 PM. My DoorDash driver messaged me saying my order hadn't been prepared yet. Over the course of three hours, I ended up with three different drivers, and I tipped $30. Eventually, the driver informed me they would have to cancel my order. Since this is my first experience like this, I'll let it slide.
My macaroni and cheese was cold in the middle and it look like they definitely microwave the container with the lid on it. The lid is clearly melted. Not very appetizing. The ranch dressing seemed sour. And they no longer cut their own carrots, they Buy the baby carrots that are already cut. The bagged veggies didn?t feel very fresh.

Food is good as usual, though the location has felt understaffed for awhile. Despite ordering online ahead of time, I usually end up standing for a good 10 minutes before any staff are even able to talk to me. They also only gave me 8 cheese curd bites in my entire regular sized order. Pretty wimpy.
