More times than not, the drive-through people are rude for no reason. The last time I was there, I thought all was well until the end. As a young bravo mike handed my food to me, I asked for ketchup. He tossed it in the bag, and I apologized and stated that I forgot to ask for it earlier. Out of the blue, he responded with, yeah, you look like you forget to ask a lot. as he slammed the window shut quickly. I 'll never go here again. Too many issues here for me to care any more. Just not worth supporting them with people like that working there.
My family came thru the drive thru just now and the staff was wonderful! The young man working the window was very nice. I made a mistake and verified my order and then realized that it was the wrong burgers. I explained that it was 100 percent my fault and I'd pay extra for the ones we wanted. The manager was very nice and exchanged the burgers! The food is delicious and the staff definitely stood out because of how nice they were! Great job team! Thank you!
While it started out great, it ended horrible. I waited fourteen minutes to get my food while I watched the guy serve four people in the drive-thru. I saw my food sit and wait and wait. I tried to get his attention twice. I finally had to raise my voice a bit so he could hear me over his cursing. I get being busy but the screen CLEARY says how long I've been waiting.
The service was great, timely and friendly. The food was good. While I dined in alone, I couldn’t help hearing the supervisor (Treana)yelling at her staff. It was unpleasant, unprofessional, unnecessary, and uncomfortable. I did let her know that my experience was not good because of that. I won’t be going back.
Clearly ordered my burger, at the drive through, with no ketchup…it came slathered in ketchup…now I’m home with a burger covered in something I don’t like at all…I’m not going back out, for them to “fix” it…super lame!!! Do better!!!!
Super slow...I dashes and they take their time like they got nothing better to do....Sad it's a new store...I won't order from here and I wont recommend it to any one!!!! they don't care...!!!
They're stealing money from customers who pay with card. For the second time my card was charged for the food and hours later charged again for the same price. Be careful they are THIEVES!!!!
Food was great, good attitude from staff. Only giving four stars because I had to wait ten minutes in the drive thru for one burger and some waffle fries.
If it's not all over the place does it deserve to be in your face
