Every time I visit, the drive-thru line is always very long, but they are surprisingly quick. The staff is very friendly, which is impressive considering how busy they are. There was one time when I thought I ordered a large drink, but they gave me a medium instead. When I pointed out the mistake, they immediately handed me a large drink without hesitation. The food is quite good; I do think it’s a bit overrated, but it’s enjoyable enough that I would return. I have to admit, they have some of the best sauces around.
The restaurant was quite busy when I visited, resulting in a long wait time. Unfortunately, the person who took my order was called away to another task before my food was served, so it sat for a bit before anyone brought it to me. Because of this, I rated the service as less than perfect. However, the food was delicious, and the staff were all very friendly. Overall, I don't mind waiting a little for good food!
High standard experience. Wife ordered ck strips and fries. I ordered 2 sandwiches- reg ck sandwich and a grilled ck sandwich. The grilled ck sand was dry and the tomato/ lettuce was skimpy. The bun was whole wheat. Will not order the grilled ck again.Will stick with the reg ck sand. Service was good thru the drive through. Roanoke location on 221 only.
My local Chick-fil-A happens to be my absolute favorite. The staff is incredibly efficient and friendly. The food is consistently fresh, and they move you through the drive-thru in no time at all. The service is consistently fast, and the food is always excellent. However, I think your staff member Mark could use an attitude adjustment, or perhaps should work in the back of the house. Just because he has a nice appearance doesn't give him the right to be rude to customers, especially in a professional setting.
What can I say? Chick-fil-A is exceptional—it's more than just fast food; it's the best fast casual dining experience. They truly stand in a league of their own. The food is consistently hot and fresh, and the smokehouse spicy chicken is undoubtedly the highlight of the menu.
The bathroom was clean and the staff were friendly. Occasionally, there may be a mistake with an order at this busy spot, but when that happens, they are quick to rectify the issue if you let them know. Just make sure to check your order before leaving.

I love eating here and the staff are always friendly and professional. this must be the most sloved chick felt a throughout the country, especially the drive thru. they must take some lections from one of the faster stores.
