This used to be my favorite Chipotle, as it was the first place I ever tried their food. Unfortunately, after my recent experiences, I can't recommend it anymore. I suggest driving just ten more minutes to the one in South Gate instead. A couple of weeks ago, I ordered through Uber Eats and they forgot to include my paid guacamole and the signature queso in my burrito. I thought it was just a one-off mistake and let it slide. However, when I visited on a Saturday afternoon, the customer service was terrible, and the way they made my burrito was unacceptable. Most Chipotle locations charge starting prices around $10.55 for a bowl, but this one charges $11.40, which feels unjustified. To make matters worse, the sautéed veggies were undercooked. I'm extremely disappointed and will be sharing my experience on social media. This has been my first and last visit, and it has left me with such a negative impression that I don't think I can eat at Chipotle again. I’ll be sure to inform all my friends and family to avoid this location. Big disappointment!
My girlfriend went to buy food for my son, and unfortunately, everything was disappointing. The rice was hard and undercooked, the guacamole was old and warm, and the overall presentation on the plate was messy. I attempted to call and inform them that the food was not suitable for kids. Honestly, if I could, I would give this location no stars. All I wanted was either a replacement for my son’s meal or a refund. Either option would have been fine.

I ordered food for online pickup, but after waiting 20 minutes beyond the scheduled time, an employee informed me that my order wasn't ready. After another 10 minutes, I decided to follow up, only to find out that my order had actually been ready all along. This meant my food was cold, and I ended up wasting 30 minutes for no reason.
Be cautious when ordering delivery or pickup from this location! I regularly order through the Chipotle app, but my food is often made incorrectly. For instance, my sister ordered a veggie burrito, but they still added steak. I ordered and paid for a double meat bowl, yet there was no meat in it.
I really love this place, but I don't eat onions. The only thing I dislike about Chipotle is that they put onions in everything, even in the amazing guacamole and corn! I enjoy avocado, but you can see how I have to navigate this to enjoy it.
