Great salads overall but it seems like as time goes on portions get smaller and smaller, I've been to this spot at least 25x, if you get their app you get a free salad after the x amount spent which adds up quickly. Now I will say there is a Hispanic manager with long hair and squeaky voice that is very rude everytime I come, I despise getting that guy bc I know he will skim the portions and attitude sassyness is always guaranteed, last time he overcharged me, I got w customer service and they were able to help out. Again, I am giving this a rating bc food is always good.
New Update 10/9/18: They've returned the clear salad bowls to the regular size, so I'll return my rating to the original state. Update 1/3/18: They shrunk the bowls by 60% and kept the price the same. Today's my last visit until they return to the original bowl size. Original Post: I had the Mexican Cesar Salad and replaced the tortillas with croutons. Added a mixture of the balsamic vinegar sauce with the hot n honey sauce. Very yummy! The only criticism I have is that I wish the meat-to-salad ratio was a little better.
Yet again, Chopt managed to screw up the order .. the exact same order I place every single for Sunday. If they were busy I would understand more but every single time we go, Fish Taco next door is full and Chopt is empty. The worse thing is I called and the so called manager did not take ownership for the issue and asked me to call back on Tuesday or Wednesday to try to speak to the manager when I thought he was the manager? Absolutely no ownership of the mistake. Really bad business going on there ..
This was my first visit to this location and to Chopt Salad, and I was pleasantly surprised. The setting is lovely, although I was disappointed that we couldn't sit outside due to the limited number of tables. However, the interior was clean and quiet. I ordered a vegetarian salad that was packed with flavor. The concept is unique and I genuinely enjoyed my meal. I found the prices to be a bit high, but fortunately, my friend covered the bill. I'm definitely eager to return!

The lunch delivery option at this location in Bethesda wildwood MD is poorly run. ..both times I have not received my order, the lady:manager calls to apologize for their delivery service that’s offered on their Website each time I regret ordering lunch here choosing chopt delivery option.
A warm bowl of soup or a lovely clean salad can be purchased there. Parking is abundant, and this site is frequently busy. Knowing that people occasionally go above and above for their consumers made me very happy. I'll come back to eat some better selections.
the salads were okay but the dasher was unprofessional one of my salad bowls was leaned over with the lid half way open and chopt never seems to put heavy dressing on the salads i always have to buy the seperate sauce for it
The salad here is excellent and reasonably priced. My favorite is the Mexican Caesar with added avocado and grilled chicken, while my wife enjoys the palm salad. The staff is also very friendly!

We were able to find something for everyone. Fresh and creatively prepared. A little on the bland side but nonetheless recommend highly. We ordered for delivery and it came lightning fast
