We were trying to order at the drive-through and the lady speaking with us suddenly cut us off and told us to come around to the window to pick up our order. She was obviously frustrated, perhaps a bad day, but we just decided to drive off after that. Definitely not going to argue in a drive-thru line just to get our full order placed while being talked to in that manner, this comes from two people that have worked retail environments for years at multiple levels.
I absolutely love Dairy Queen! Their ice cream is delightful! Although the service can be a bit slow, it's due to the fact that they prepare everything fresh, ensuring that your food is hot and delicious when it arrives. Thank you to the owner and the team for consistently delivering such great food!
The people who work took my order forever. Also I ordered a Keksteig blizzard and its was a swimming pool and they put hot fudge in it?? It made sense because I've been getting it before and never put it in a biscuit pig blizzard. Overall, I didn't cost my ice cream.

Ok so first of all they don?t serve breakfast all day : .And you wait a while for food but, all in all the food is good and worth the wait... :
Since the new owners took over, the food is served hot and you no longer have to wait an entire hour during lunch for your order.
So I'm just sitting on Saturday at 4:40. I don't know what's going on in there because I've been sitting here since 8:00.
