Stayed here at short notice and booked their special rate. Woken at 3:30am by a water flowing noise. On approaching bathroom found flooded carpet and major leak from ceiling. Prompt service from night staff (that's where positives end) and offered the room next door to sleep in. After all this chaos finally got back to sleep in early hours. I had planned to stay another night as I had a back injury and asked what management would offer given the disturbing night prior. I was told if I booked another night I'd get a complimentary breakfast. Also due to inconvenience they'd already allowed me a later checkout of 10:30 (normally 10:00am). Decent clean place to stay and the staff was friendly and helpful until ....................... I checked out. When I stated that I am only paying for extras and not the full bill and that it needs to be sent to my company, I got a "what company" bark from the person. When she established that it is indeed what needed to happen, there was no acknowledgement that she was at fault and only barked at me again to pay for the extra's. My request to take me through what I am paying for fell on deaf ears. Went to Diana Hotel for an Astrology conference. The room was perfect. 80 people max fitted in well. the front foyer had great tiled floors that were immaculate. The service was extremely helpful. Morning tea was a great gift of scones jams and cream. We stayed in suite on 3rd floor where the view was limited but the room was comfortable with good lounge chairs and kitchen table. The Price most economical probably this hotel was used by partners of friends in Mater Hospital during their operations.
Arrived in the evening. The reception staff was a friendly and efficient young lady. Wifi code and room card. Might need a bit of updating but it is clean and convenient to the conference centre. Shops nearby and taxi easy to get. No criticism. It's not a luxury hotel but fine for what I needed it for. Will I be back maybe if I need to be I that area of Brisbane

Great hotel in central location for the mater hospital and LCCH. Many restaurants close by. Check in staff very friendly and helpful. Clean tidy facilities with the biggest bathroom I have ever seen. Modern room with super comfy beds. Will be staying here again
Two nights at this hotel was excellent. Refurbed rooms, very comfortable. Cable tv for movies in bed. Full breakfast $14 excellent value. Very helpful staff and friendly. Free parking right in the middle of the Gabba. Our go to when coming into Brisbane.
Stayed here for 2 nights while attending medical appointments for my special needs daughter. Staff were amazing with her and never seemed fazed by her million questions and requests. Clean, comfortable rooms.
staff were amazing, the rooms were clean ! would definitely recommend to other people stayed here while my brother was in hospital quiet and comfortable to sleep in the rooms, safe building

All the basic brekkie food you could think of, for only $14! Definitely was not complaining, as cheap basic food can be hard to locate in this town
