it was dominos as expected, the only thing that was different, I was using the online order and first selected I will pick it up. When it was finished, I drove into the load and the app said when they arrive there, turn on their driven, and they bring them their pizza within 2 minutes. After I sat on the parking lot for 9 or 10 minutes, I went in and said I waited long. the man saw my order, and said yes, but I have no bulk delivery, but go. it is a slight difference that the average person that I would be, does not understand that I only follow instructions on the Domino website. he said I should just come in and pick it up instead of doing what the app told me. just confusing, maybe the ap...
Normally I don't order out, but last night I was working late and I hadn't planned anything for dinner. My wife and I decided to order a Deluxe pizza from Dominos. It was delivered to our door in good time, but this was the most disappointing pizza I've ever seen. In fact, I was angry at having paid $30.00 for this thing. If this pizza was a newly assembled car, it never would have made it out of the dealership parking lot. The ingredients were paltry and there was barely any cheese. The few ingredients it did have were thrown on the pie in clumps. Two of the slices didn't have any ingredients at all. Never again am I ordering from Dominos.
A volunteer from our organization ordered 6 pizzas for pickup tonight at 6:00 over 24 hours in advance, arrived and they acted like the order never happened even though they charged the card. Refused to refund the order. Then said it would be over 45 minutes for them to make the pizza. So, my volunteer called me and told me, so I decided to order on the app instead. From time of order to ready was only 18 minutes. Why did the store employees lie about the time? Why wasn't the order ready when it had been scheduled( paid) for?Pretty bad experience here. We used to always use Dominos, but not anymore.
I ordered online from this location twice in the past week, only for them to wait until closing time to cancel my order. This left me with no time to find food elsewhere since everything else was closed. Matthew was the manager on duty tonight. I even called about 15 minutes after placing my order to check the status because the online tracker hadn't moved past "preparing your order," but no one answered the phone then or after they canceled my order. This location is the worst I have ever experienced. I would give it 0 stars if I could!

I had placed an order of 18:20 for delivery and was quoted about 46-61 minutes for delivery. at 7:42 I entered the Dominoes tracker and found that the delivery estimate just went 84-99 minutes. after their tracker the ordered was not even brought into the many. I tried to call the load to see where my order was and was never able to reach a coworker. the order was finally delivered at 8:45 near 2 1/2 hours after the placement. If you're looking for timely deliveries, I would recommend going somewhere else.
I wish i could give 0 stars. I ordered at 11pm, and your store is listed as closing at Midnight. When there were no updates on the order around 11:35 I tried calling the store. Multiple times. I received no answers on any call. If there were issues with the order, or anything like that you should have called me. Then at midnight, i received a text that my order was cancelled. I blame the 'Matthew ' who the app said was preparing my order. This is unbecoming of a company so large.
I placed an order for 11:30 AM, but I received a cancellation email at 12:09 PM. It was just a small order with two items, and I live only five minutes away, so I'm really disappointed. I even left an envelope with a generous tip at my doorstep for the contactless delivery. Additionally, I used my free pizza voucher for this order, so I hope to get that refunded as well.
Burnt, nasty and cold!!! Everything we ordered was burnt and cold! How does that even happen??!! We ordered half pepperoni and half sausage/green olives.. instead we got kindergarteners special.. 8÷2 =4 right?? We got 6 slices of pepperoni and 2 of the other!! Worse pizza I've ever had!

Every time I try to call and place and order no one answers the phone. Happens almost every time I've tried to order from this store. Don't bother trying to order from this place they don't care.
delivered the pizza to wrong address and refused to help. person who answered the phone was rude and condescending
