The young people who are always in the back working, are always working like crazy. The food they turn out is consistent and up to par.However, the management really needs to address the front counter. The older lady (I tried to get her name but she didn't have a name tag and couldn't answer my question) is not at all capable of doing the job she's assigned. She cannot multitask and has a hard time functioning when the phone rings. Everytime we go for pick up, or try to call in. It's a night mare. If it wasn't for a really pleasant young man coming from out back sorting each customer one by one, she would have allowed a dozen angry customers in the lobby. I was in a rush last evening . Needed to pick up a pie in a hurry on the way home to satisfy the family . I saw the sandwich board out front of the store advertising the large special and stopped in . I ordered the large one topping special . I was not disappointed The pie was made fresh in 10 minutes . The crust was thin and done right . What impressed me was the friendly customer service offered by the guys behind the counter To top of my customer experience the total was 10.15 . The proprietor asked if I had 15 cents . I did not . He said never mind ....chosing not to leave me with a pocket full of small change . It is the little things that keep people coming back . Right in the centre of Downtown Bradford, this Pizza Restaurant serves high quality food for a great price. Totally as advertised with very fast service. Take out only or delivery. Lots of parking in a busy downtown.
Deep Dish Pizza is cooked just right, topped with just the right amount of fixings and baked to perfection. The servers are friendly, polite and actually appreciate your business. Love this pizza joint!!

Always reliable, we have lives in Bradford over 3 years now and have tried all different pizza places around town and we keep coming back to dominos.
