However, every time I visit this particular location, my coffee doesn't taste right. It seems like the staff prepares the coffee based on their own preferences; today, I saw one employee read the tag but make it the way she wanted instead. I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. One of the employees, Shannon, was extremely rude and unprofessional. She appeared visibly frustrated with customers and even used profanity toward some of them. On top of that, she loudly criticized a fellow employee while neglecting her own responsibilities. Her disrespectful language was heard by everyone around, and she frequently complained about the customers and her workload. this is probably the worst dunkin donuts ive been to, the girl read my order back to me right and then my drink comes out completely wrong. also ordered the new ice spice drink they didnt even make it right they gave me a regular iced coffee with pumpkin swirl and sugar
The restaurant should work on improving the attitude of its staff. They often treat customers as if they are less than, giving the impression that paying for their meal is an inconvenience.
We ordered cookie butter coffees, but we were given two regular coffees instead. The staff member was friendly, but our orders were entirely mistaken.

Very slow service....only had 3 people working. One was doing drive thru. Order was a little messed up.
It took way too long to get my order. If you are in rush I would suggest to go to a different location.
