They used my card on wrong tablet, so I payed for my order and the order for other side of the line. It was an honest mistake. It was busy. I noticed this happening so I checked my bank account as it happened and sure enough my card was charged twice. I told the working manager and he said the order was voided. And to check my account to be sure it came off. Looked on bank account and noticed it was still not removed. The manager told me to write them an email. The email they provide doesnt work. So I decide to go down there and ask about it. The lady was very kind. And tried her best to help. She asked for my card. Which I showed her. And she wasn't able to find the order I was talking abou...
Went tonight 10/5/23 for much needed caffeine, saw that a new sticker dropped yesterday, I asked if I could have one. The guy ended up giving me his own sticker because they were gone. He 100% did not have to do that, it was so nice and I really appreciated the customer service. All 3 people working were super nice. Glad I could make them smile by having my cat and dog in the car with me. Thank you guys! Service: 5
Dutch Bros always has the best vibe. The energy is as good as their drinks. I love their blended Rebels. If you're more of a coffee drinker, I'd recommend trying the Golden Eagle or maybe Caramelizer. The line at the drive-thru can be a bit long at times, but they have a pretty good system to keep it moving at a decent pace.

I got two vampire slayer’s today that jacked me into oblivion. The lady who helped me packaged them up nicely. Employees were packed in that little hut like sardines.
Definitely love this specific dutch! My favorite are the frosts they make. Only problem is the line is very long most times. Friendly service and tasty drinks.
Did walk up as the drive thru was pretty packed. This location is very good. Drinks are always right and service is friendly. Will definitely be back again.
