Edit: The manager has been in touch to refund our deposit. He kindly apologised for the error and for the fact they were short staffed due to sickness. I would happily eat here again. Food was excellent and we had several different servers who were all very pleasant, however service was very slow. When ordering extra drinks they took a long time to come. When requesting to see the dessert menu they eventually brought 3 menus over for our party of 8. When we asked to order dessert we were told they would have to check with the kitchen since they were very busy. The restaurant was about as busy as you would expect for a Saturday evening but seems they didn’t have enough staff. Deposit was £10...
We visited this restaurant last year for our annual Christmas family dinner, and it was such a wonderful experience that we returned again this year. The staff were incredibly friendly, always willing to assist and happy to explain the menu options. The food was outstanding, clearly showcasing the high quality of the ingredients—especially the Herefordshire beef! The kids absolutely loved the mocktails. "This is a charming restaurant with wonderful staff, but I have to admit that the portions are quite small for my liking. We ordered the sharer platter for about £50 for two, along with a side. I was surprised to find that the Ribeye steak was served frozen and very thinly sliced. I've been wanting to try this restaurant for several months, and it certainly lived up to my expectations. We ordered a variety of items from the BBQ, sushi, and small plates, and everything was delicious and unique. The atmosphere was fantastic, and the staff were very friendly. On a school break from Bristol, it was our first time Korean dining. The Manager and Staff were amazing guiding us through the BBQ process and the food was fantastic.
