I wanted to be impressed, but not. I had been told by many family and friends that there is nothing like the burgers and ridden of five guys, so I was curious to eat here. I'm sorry to say that I was least impressed. Actually, it was the equivalent of eating in a bad school or hospital cafeteria. the burger was very bland, no taste at all and was served on a sweaty knock by a wonder bread bun. sometimes they can annoy a bad burger with spicy, but there was no rettung. First time here. Customer service was great at the register. She was super friendly. Burgers where very good. Little on the drippy side but sure beat a dry burger. Tastes like real beef, not fake like McDs. Not cheap but well worth the money for a good quality burger. Their fries where good too. Will be back.
I am not impressed by the concept. I know others will love it. Eating is much better than any fast eating burger connection. there are a few quick service options that I prefer, but they do not burger. if they want a big burger with a fast service setup, they are a great option!
I enjoy dining out, but my experience at the restaurant today was disappointing. I called ahead after placing my order for pickup, but when I arrived, I was told I had to come inside. I specifically asked for the person I had spoken to on the phone.

I really enjoy Five Guys. The burgers and fries are fantastic. I usually opt for a small cheeseburger because the regular size is too much for me, with a side of mayo.
I ordered food from Uber Eats and some items were missing. The Manager advised me to contact Uber Eats for a refund. I will not be dining at this restaurant again.
spent almost 30 dollars for two people to eat, none of us ordered a drink and we separated. ridicully over price, eat everywhere else.
eating was great, 4 stars because it was ice cold in the restaurant, was probably 40-45 degrees inside.
