In this review not the foods I check the experience. I can skip the fact that I wasn't a friendly hello as I went with just two other customers sitting down. I can't skip that the dining room was a mess that they were from hot sauce, there was only one table that was half clean, but it had dirty seats. I can't skip that during the whole time we sit on the only two employees we work on a prep table next to the rice cooker on their phones and sneak some food they have made themselves. I think these two had to clean up the tables and floors before they took a break. I'm sure they deliver places in the break room or even have your meals in the dining room. I've visited Flame Broiler several times, and I'm often disappointed with the portions—either the vegetables are cold or there isn't enough chicken. When I felt the serving was off, I ordered an extra side of chicken, but that didn't look right either. They even messed up my order; I saw them try to fix it, yet it still wasn’t correct. I'd really like to speak with the owner about this. I wouldn't recommend Flame Broiler to anyone, and their menu needs serious improvement.
I really love the food from this place and have given them so many chances but any time I doordash with them they always mess up my sauces and I had called if they could make sure not to mess up my order again and the guy on the phone was giving me attitudejust for asking if he could not mess up my sauces . They also only give you a little bit of hot sauces i got two hot sauces thatwere almost empty !!!

This restaurant has a mix of staff—some are friendly and generous, while others are somewhat polite but very stingy. We always order the tofu, but recently, including tonight, the stingy staff have been getting our order wrong. Instead of rice, we received just cabbage, and the tofu portion was barely a sample size. I've added photos to show how stingy they are. I’d recommend skipping this place.
Ive been here quite a few times. If its not cold veggies its not enough chicken. Felt like the serving wasn't right so i ordered a side of chicken and that didn't look right either. They messed up my order cause i seen them fix it and it still wasn't right. Id love to talk to the owner of this place. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. My server was attentive and fulfilled my order perfectly. Of all the flame broilers I've visited, this one is my favorite. Since it's new, it's not very crowded, which is a plus. The chicken and vegetables were delicious. I was very pleased with my meal!
I had my family bring back a chicken bowl for me once and the chicken was really dry and unapeasing. This store regularly sends out coupons but I don't think I'll be going back. Maybe I just had a bad experience but my relatives got the beef bowl and were pleased with it.

It was my first time at this location, my order with vegetables was over cooked, chicken is always delicious. Place need it a bit of care. I've tried the w place is ok but flame broiler is much better
