Absolutely in love with this focacceria—truly authentic Italian! Donato is amazing: so friendly, attentive, and passionate about his craft. He made the best focaccia I could have brought to my aperitivo! I chose half rosemary and half sun-dried tomatoes, and it did not disappoint. The focaccia was soft and moist, perfectly prepared and lovingly cut for a Saturday morning treat. We enjoyed every bite—thank you! Don’t miss this hidden gem; I’ll definitely be back for more! Focacceria Pugliese is our family's favorite Italian restaurant in Melbourne and always inspires us! The menu consistently offers exceptional dishes made with fresh ingredients and great care. The variety available is impressive, with every plate showcasing true culinary excellence. The warm and friendly staff make dining here a wonderful experience, creating an inviting atmosphere that captures your heart. With a fantastic range of vegan and vegetarian options, my mum, who is vegetarian, always finds plenty of delicious choices. Truly fantastic!
