My favorite restaurant is Francesca's North on Clark St. The service is outstanding. It's difficult to choose from the menu because the food is all delicious. However, the menu has changed, and there's less of a focus on pasta now. The house red sauce is spicier than it used to be, which is disappointing because I used to enjoy it a lot more. I’ve had other good experiences, but I’ve heard they’ve altered the menu and introduced small plates. I still love the concept, and I hope they bring back the non-spicy version of the house red sauce.
Francesca's consistently offers delicious food and a cozy atmosphere, but what truly sets it apart is the staff. From the warm hostesses to the attentive servers, they ensure you feel right at home. However, the real standout is the bartender, Pablo. He not only crafts the perfect drink to your liking, but his personality and professionalism are exceptional. My favorite moments are spent chatting with him at the bar, enjoying a fantastic evening with friends. Pablo is simply the best!
The ambiance and food is absolutely fabulous BUT the staff is amazing, caring and truly made it a special night for us and all our family's occasions. Margo was a phenomenal server with excellent customer service and attention to detail. Also, Pablo made us fabulous drinks to celebrate the evening!
