Great food and a cozy atmosphere, ok for a couple or a family but bring a crew and they really shine because the table can try most of the menu of small plates. If you’ve never had tapas be aware that each person can expect to order 2-3 small plates, don’t expect order one and be satisfied with portion size. The lamb chops (corderos) and chicken thighs are favorites, but really we’ve never had a bad dish. Everytime I come here they literally either ask my race or I’m getting stared down. I only placed two to go orders and it’s been like this both times. This review is for the last time I went: I came to pick up my to go order and the waitress stared me down from the time I walked into the establishment until I left. A man came and asked if I needed a table or if I ordered. The girl stayed and stared straight into my eyes the whole time. He brought me my order which ironically is smaller than last time. The paella is soggy it shouldn’t be that mushy and flavorless. For $80 for a rice dish I don’t appreciate being stared at like I just robbed the place. Nor do I want the food to be flavorless....
We tried their chiveche and some of the tapas aside from the famous paella. Food is decent and not pricey at all. Paella takes over 30 minutes to make, so make sure you order it first if you don't have lots of time.
