The service at Gujju Food Hub was very poor. Despite only one other table being occupied, it took about 45 minutes to receive our first order, as the staff focused on serving regular customers first. We had to repeatedly get the server's attention just to place our order. Given Tasmania's popularity with tourists, I expected a more accommodating service. The food was average at best; I have enjoyed much better and more flavorful Indian cuisine elsewhere in Tasmania. Additionally, all the dishes used burger buns, which detracted from the overall experience. I would not recommend this restaurant.
