Hafenrestaurant - Tisch reservieren

We had gone there a few times in 2012-2016 and always felt that service was poor (mostly unfriendly) and food pretty average for a pretty high price. We decided to give it another try and were very pleasantly surprised: the location has stayed amazing with...a view on the lake, the harbour, the city and the Alps. Now the terrasse has a flair, with different corners, but most importantly, service is very friendly and good, and the food is truly excellent. So glad this amazing location is now an uncompromised experience, worth the price asked. Maybe one little downside: the whole service was quite slow.

we went there on 20.04, after all the terrace is open, we have a reservation on the phone on 16.04, talking to a lady, she said that they only open when the weather is nice, we arrived there, gave the name that counter said no. they do not have a reservation, go away. it is hard to believe that one of the best hospitality countries in the world, said that. Finally, we have a table with rude service. I wouldn't recommend it there, and I think I'm not the only one who had such experiences.

limited selection of foods with average quality. tartare lachs was cancelled. cut. the personal did not declare decisions and was very slow. on the table next to our 2 persons from the personal were bills of previous work and also arranged hand towels. beautifully decorated place with... average eating and personal. we expected a lot more superior situation.

excellent restaurant with lake view. delicious fresh food, attentive to details personal, comfortable location. probably one of the best restaurants in kanton train.

look great, service slow and sometimes unfriendly. Food average. good for coffee and afterwork. winter good w fondue offers.
