Someone needs to notify the health department! I observed two different customers enter the Hardee's restaurant after coming from the drive-thru, stating that their orders were incorrect. In both instances, the cashier took the returned food out of the bags and placed it into the heat warmers to be served to other customers! This is absolutely disgusting and deeply concerning. It’s evident that the staff requires proper training before anyone's health is jeopardized. I will be contacting the health department, as this establishment should be closed until they learn how to handle food safely. I cannot recommend dining at this restaurant. I visited Hardee's on two consecutive days and was disappointed with the service. The staff member who took my order seemed impatient, possibly because she didn’t fully understand my simple request for just one meal. I tried to be clear, but she came across as unfriendly, even though the restaurant wasn’t busy. While I understand fast-food spots aren't always known for great service, there’s definitely room for improvement here. The food was okay, but the burgers didn’t impress me—they tasted somewhat stale. I’ve had much better burgers at a different Hardee's location.
I had the worst experience at a fast food restaurant in years. We stopped by for a quick breakfast and ended up waiting in line for 25 minutes. It's important to note that the inside was closed, so there were no customers in the restaurant; the delay was solely because they were only serving one vehicle at a time at the drive-thru. My husband enjoyed a fantastic cheese-less burger without mayo, but with mustard at this Oakdale restaurant. The service was impressively quick and friendly, deserving a 5-star rating. The place was clean and nicely decorated, and our food was served piping hot. I especially loved the aroma of burgers cooking on the flame grill. In my opinion, Hardee's consistently makes the best burgers, and today’s meal was especially tasty.

I got the wrong order, the fries were stale, and some of the staff seemed indifferent. There was a man with long hair handling the fries without a hairnet, and he seemed especially uninterested. It’s been some time since my last visit to Hardee’s, and I expect it will be even longer before I return. On the bright side, the burger—although not the one I ordered—was well wrapped, and the girl at the counter was doing her best.
The drive-thru was unexpectedly slow. Despite being the only customer in line at 11 a.m., I waited a full 30 minutes from placing my order to receiving it, even though I only ordered fries and chicken tenders.
I ordered a ham and cheese sandwich. It was over $7, just for the sandwich. Maybe corporate executives should give up some bonuses to help keep prices lower!!! Just saying!
I ordered the Mushroom and Swiss Thick Burger and the Monster Roast Beef Burger, and both were excellent. I really enjoyed my meal and look forward to returning soon.

It wasn't too crowded for a Friday night, and our food arrived promptly. The fries were a little cold, but everything else was enjoyable.
ALWAYS check your receipt. They overcharged 2 of the 3 of us in our group. And did not seem surprised in the least bit that it happened.
