On April 16, 2024, at 11:11 a.m., I placed an order for a #1 with animal fries at the Temple City location on Lower Azusa. After waiting 15 minutes while others who arrived after me received their food, I inquired about my order. The young lady at the counter kindly informed me that my meal would be ready shortly. However, I didn’t receive my order until 11:38 a.m. – no exaggeration. My animal fries were clearly prepared before the burger, as they were already cold by the time I got them. I think I would have been better off waiting in the drive-thru instead of at the walk-up window. Moving forward, I believe I'll choose to go to the Baldwin Park location instead. Thank you.
Double lanes, efficient drive-thru.Be advised that going in the left lane means you'll be paying and getting your food by the passenger side of your car.If you have a passenger, this is fine, but if you're a lone driver, be prepared to have to unbuckle and awkwardly try to reach over.Other than that, typical in n out place. Have never eaten inside, looks fairly small. I see people walking up to order all the time and they are always really fast.
We can't live without the original In-N-Out. It's always delicious! I don't need to recommend In-N-Out; it speaks for itself. It's one of my favorite places to go when I'm craving a hamburger, freshly cut fries, and a delicious shake!
This place was a great place to eat for lunch or dinner. The burgers were great and the fries. I go here almost everyday and you should come here if you are a Californian resident.

There's no indoor dining, but there are a few tables outside. There's no dedicated parking lot, but there's plenty of street parking available if you prefer to eat in your car.
Took to long my food was cold my bread was burnt and asked for chilis in my burger it had zero… won’t go to this location anymore…
Was a great time and Great service!Parking: Few spaces, but in this location must the people use the drive-thru.
We asked for ketchup twice and they still didn’t give us any.
