This review is based on multiple visits through out a couple years. This gets two stars for me because this place is a hit or a miss. Sometimes the the whole experience is amazing from the fast seating and ordering and the food and drinks turning out amazing to the food being okay or not good even with the drinks not being that great at times. But the thing that is the most disturbing is if you pay with a credit/debit card and you write how much you wanna leave tip on the receipt and if it’s not the top suggested tip they will still pick the highest tip they can get. So you can be looking at an extra few dollars. And if your bills was a high amount it’s a big difference. This happened to me...
I preface this comment with I love the food, but it's now the 5th time in a row I had to either wait or totally reorder my online order. It's not like I put my order in at 5:00, then come at 6:00. I normally put my order in at 11:30 or 12:00 and schedule it at 6:00. I actually went 3 months, not ordering online, hoping they would get a handle on this. Not the case. They don't even seem to care that they are causing me to stand in the corner for 15-20 mins. The food is great, but if you can't come in and order in the resturant, I would not risk it.
First time going. They were chaotic to say the least as they had call offs I believe. There was no organization as far as a wait list other then scribbles on a waitress order ticket. Took quite a while to be greeted but I tried to be understanding considering staffing issues everywhere. They had a limited drink menu which only consisted of maybe 6 drinks. Food was okay. Burger was quite dry. We enjoyed the truffle fries and pickle spear appetizer. Waitress warmed up once she was able to slow down as there was only 3 waitresses for the whole place.
This restaurant has a very cool atmosphere and we ate like the best day you could eat on a terrace. The meal I had eaten wasn't personally my favorite, but my wife liked her and my brother also liked him. The cheese curds were absolutely amazing! Our group shared the curls and split three ways, we were almost full of them. Oil Overall, their burgers are very popular and I highly recommend it. We don't drink, so take this into account.
We love it here! We were thrilled to come today, but they surpassed our expectations the middle rare burgers were perfect!!! The truffles Parmesan fries incredible and the Brussels... So delicious! I love strawberry and basil vodka with soda! My husband loves the plaude old fashion! What a great way to spend on Saturday adventure!!
We thought there was a quick drink and a bite to eat, as it was one of the only places that were open on a Sunday. We were not really sure what to expect, but were super impressed by the environment and food! It is definitely cheap and the quality of food and drinks make it worth every cent.
after my friend and I went into we stood there for 5 minutes without recognizing the personal at all. had two young ladies run past us several times without even a look in our direction. we landed on the front road and had a great experience there.
Get the spits, you won't regret it. Friendly service, short waiting time on a Saturday night. Love their unique cocktails. Worth the ride from Goshen Indiana.
