This special location of JJ Bakery in Temple City features a spacious café area, and I want to share my experience of their weekend breakfast service. The menu is impressively extensive! However, the portion sizes are distinctly Asian, which meant I could easily sample a variety of dishes and finish them all. Everything—from the savory soy milk to the roasted pastries and even the pork breakfast bun—was made to perfection. I usually don’t indulge in cakes or desserts, but since it was the last day of 2021, I decided to treat myself. I ordered a selection of cake slices and sweets, including a Cream Puff, Crème Brûlée, Sponge Cake, Mango Mousse, two Chocolate cakes, and a French Latte. Each item looked absolutely delicious and inviting. I particularly enjoyed how soft they were without being overly sweet. It's evident that they uphold high-quality products at very reasonable prices.

The service at this restaurant is outstanding. The waitstaff is incredibly attentive, and the food is truly excellent. My go-to dish is the roasted pig belly, which is just $6.99 during the weekday lunch hours from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The Bento also includes a bowl of egg and corn soup, and they often provide free refills. The portion sizes for the price are unbelievable. The bakery is fantastic as well. I've been getting bread from here for a few years now, and it has always been fresh every morning. The egg tarts are quite delightful too. I highly recommend trying the cold sandwiches and the rice balls!
Delicious Chinese breakfast with baked goods and drinks. Have many of the many articles and have enjoyed them all. Definitely, it makes a point to come at least one morning when we stay in the area. It can be busy some morning, but usually is not a problem. They bring out the food as it is ready, so each person gets their food fresh instead of at once. Servers are attentive and clear to ensure that they get the order perfectly, so there is no problem when the food arrives.

The woman who answered the phone at the front desk was very helpful. I spent 7 minutes discussing my order. I wanted to order a fruit cream cake but was disappointed to find out there wouldn't be any fruit sandwich in the middle of the cake, and I specifically didn't want yellow peaches on it. I was informed that it couldn't be customized that way. After that, I called Mrs. Xiang and recorded a 2-minute conversation. The order has been successfully placed.
Fast service and many selection of Taiwanese food to choose from in their Cafe section and bread/pastries from the bakery section. Parking is horrible in this whole shopping complex so get ready to roam around to find parking spot there!
The store is packed with a variety of cakes, bread, dunishes, boxed Bencos, etc., at very reasonable prices, all very neat. The Danish and Chinese bases were all delicious and beautifully designed.
The egg tarts are absolutely delicious, and there is a wide variety of breads, baos, and bento boxes to choose from.
