I visited this restaurant for the first time today and was very disappointed with the food. I ordered the petitfilets with sautéed mushrooms and fries, asking for the filets to be cooked well done. However, when the food arrived, the filets were still pink in the middle, so I sent them back to the kitchen. When they returned, they were cooked to medium but still had a hint of pink. I was also disappointed with the mushrooms, as I expected fresh mushrooms for the $19 dish, not canned ones. The lack of seasoning on the filets and mushrooms further added to the disappointment. I have been going to the Bierstube for over 25 years and enjoyed the great food, drinks and service until the last year when everything seemed to change. The food which used to be very good and extremely consistent is now consistently terrible. One of the strengths of the bierstube has always been the staff, I would come in and see the same servers, bartenders and managers but over the last year it’s been constant turn over and inexperienced staff. I am sad to say that I will no longer be going to the good ole Birrstube.
I waited for an hour for my food at this restaurant. The $23 Wiener Schnitzel I ordered was cooked dry and the asparagus was burnt. They were out of both potato salad and spaetzle. They told me they were out of potato salad 20 minutes after I ordered and offered additional spaetzle instead. However, when they finally brought the Wiener Schnitzel, they didn't have that either. The bar crowd seemed to enjoy their drinks, but I strongly recommend finding somewhere else to eat. Service: Dine-in.

We came here for a little family get together and drinks and absolutely loved the environment. But the star of the show was our waitress Nicole. She had the worlds best energy and seemed so happy to be there. NICOLE IS AWESOME
The restaurant had a fantastic atmosphere, with excellent food and service. The owner took the time to stop at each table and chat, making the experience feel very friendly and personal. Thanks, Jim!
