Great experience working with Mike and Tim. We ran into an issue midway through the sale of our house. They were quick to respond and knew exactly what needed to be done. My C.O. was great. I needed a c/o for a room above a garage and for half a bathroom in the main house. They jumped in and let me know what had to be done. They quickly finished their work. Without her, I couldn't have got the CO I needed. I highly recommend it to anyone who has to get a certificate of occupancy.
