Birthday meal one noon, small committee. We were six and delighted every six of this meal, except for the presence of a non-gêne guy who was calling to a head tue and to the top parleur. Our adorable waiter kindly asked her to stop. Thanks to him. Excellent meal. Gaillac wine very good. The view... we'll be back with pleasure. I read comments saying that quality had fallen, but since it was our first time, I can't say anything about it. We found that it was an excellent value for money (21 euros the three-course formula at noon).
We were in albi on a Monday night when many restaurants are closed and the open ones get booked up so decided to eat in the hotel restaurant. In North America hotel restaurants are not great but La Vermicellerie was great! The staff was attentive and helpful. Got a menu in English. Food was superb. Salad wasn’t on the menu but noticed the guy next to me eating one so ordered that to start. Something with local ham and a 25-minute baked egg. OMG. So good. All the food was great.
With a name like that we don't necessarily want to go. Beyond the patronym of the place the map is interesting.It is a real cook who is in the furnaces and who dispenses his art there. The service is at the top It's a place to please taste buds.

Excellent restaurant in 2018... my favorite on Albi at the time. Every time I go back, I think he's down in quality. The level of cuisine is clearly down. A reaction is needed...

Excellent restaurant. We loved it! On-site teams are adorable, the dishes are really delicious, I didn’t expect so much for a menu at 30€. Bravo to the teams.
pleasantly surprised at the hotel's restaurant, the room probably does not breathe modernity but the kitchen as to it was of a very good level.

The setting and service are perfect, unfortunately we found that our dishes were missing a bit of flavor.
The dishes are as beautiful as good. Beautiful view of the terrace I recommend
