We visited LouCas to celebrate my brother and sister-in-law's 50th wedding anniversary, marking our second occasion at this restaurant. We enjoyed a private room with our own waitstaff. The appetizers were abundant, featuring Eggplant Rollatini, Antipasto, Calamari, Clams Casino, along with rolls and butter. For my main course, I chose the chicken parmesan with linguine, and I ended my meal with cheesecake and coffee. Overall, the food was quite good. However, I was a bit disappointed with the size of my cheesecake. While all the portions were small, mine seemed particularly tiny compared to the others. Food Was Outstanding! Everything Had A Perfect Amount Of Flavor In It. The Service From Our Waitress Was Not That Great. She Wasn't Happy That We Asked To Send Back The Lentil Soup We Ordered Because There Was Meat In It That We Couldn't Eat. She Said That She Told Us Before We Ordered That There Was Meat But We Were All Sure That She Didn't Cause We Wouldn't Have Ordered It Then In The First Place. She Was Always Coming At A Perfect Time To Our Table But After The Soup Incident, She Took Forever And Was Ignoring Our Table. We Were All Having Such A Great Night, It Just Would've Been Nicer If We Were Treated Better.
5-Star Review Alert - From the moment our party of three entered, Gigi Danielle welcomed us with warm, inviting smiles and promptly showed us to our table. Our server, Darnell, was attentive, friendly, and very accommodating with our special requests for dinner. The menu is extensive, including specials, so there's something for everyone—definitely save room for dessert! The food was delicious, the portions were generous, and we felt it was an excellent value when the bill came. The BYOB policy is a great bonus. Overall, it was a wonderful evening! We chose this restaurant for a fine dining experience to celebrate my dad's birthday, and it exceeded all our expectations. My favorite aspect was the leisurely pace; we lingered at our table for three hours! The courses were beautifully spaced out, allowing us plenty of time to relax, chat, and enjoy our meal. We never felt rushed. Our waitress was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, and the seafood was incredibly fresh and delicious. The portions were enormous! One meal provided enough food for about three separate sittings. The prices were on the higher side, but worth it. Our server was impressive; they listed all the specials and knew exactly what accompanied each dish without needing to glance at the menu or any notes. This restaurant is perfect for low-key birthday celebrations. We celebrated our grandmother's 93rd birthday here, and she absolutely loved it!
Time and again this family restaurant has vowed us over. Even with the menu not changing over the years, it still is as scrumptious as the first time we came here. My favorite for this time was the grilled chicken Layered with Portabella Mushroom, Roasted Peppers and Smoked Mozzarella with a Porcini Mushroom Sauce, my mouth is watering while I’m writing it. Gotta try it for sure!
Second time coming here .. always busy .. we got the grilled octopus appetizer which was the highlight of the meal for me .. also got the fried calamari .. which needed some salt/ lemon to add some depth ... I ordered the seafood capellini .. also a little bland until I added salt .. and seafood was sold and cooked well.. it's a good Italian restaurant and is BYOB which is a plus
Great Italian food with exceptional customer service. We went last Friday and it was so packed, however we didn’t wait much till the hostess sat us down (we had a reservation). Our waiter Mohammed was very polite and his service was on point. Food was delicious and in big portions. Definitely will come back again with more friends. Started with mozzarella, tomato and roasted pepper salad which set the palette to the delicious entrees. We had ordered the whole grilled branzino, the seafood fra diavolo, and the sirloin steak as our mains and all of the dishes were perfect. Delicious food and brilliant service seems to be their aim and they have done it diligently.
