Lu Lu's Pizza Gaming

I've visited this restaurant a few times, and it never disappoints! I don't often make it to that part of Decatur, but it's definitely worth the trip. They have a spacious gaming area, and the dining area is very clean. The staff was quite busy but remained calm and professional throughout. They even apologized for my order being just about five minutes late and gave me a punch card with six punches towards a free pizza! (It requires ten punches in total.) The pizza was incredible, topped with pepperoni, sausage, and bacon. I also ordered what I thought was a personal salad, but it turned out to be huge! I will definitely be returning soon.

The food was fantastic. However, our server was very rude, slow, and seemed unhappy in her job. We didn't receive any refills and had to go up to request a to-go box and our check because we didn't see her again after our order was taken. We were the only guests in the restaurant; if she had been busy, I could have understood her lack of attention. I know that finding staff can be challenging these days. I don’t want to leave a negative review solely based on this experience, as the pizza is always excellent. I just wanted to share my experience with the poor service.

If you're a fan of thin crust pizza, look no further! This restaurant offers fantastic prices, friendly service, and the pizza is always on point. Their southwest egg rolls are a must-try, too. And the warm, fresh chocolate cookies you receive after your meal are the perfect finishing touch. They even have slot machines for a bit of extra fun. It's a great spot for a quick family meal. I highly recommend it!

AMAZING all around. Pizza is yummy (we chose the sweet sauce) and the cookies and bread sticks are to die for! To top it off the service was top notch. The gals working were super sweet and the lady that I'm assuming was the manager (might be wrong) was VERY welcoming and our kiddos loved her. Great casual spot! The pizza is tasty. We tried half with a savory sweet sauce. Next time, I think I'll order three-quarters savory and one-quarter sweet.
