I just went to western ring road mcdonalds(8:35ish 23-4-2019), and was surprised to see no one payed me any attention even when i said hello couple Of times. There was a guy changing bins nearby and i asked him for what a particular bread(coconut pineapple...bread) was priced and he happily helped me at the self serve computer, he finished my order for me and went the extra mile. After my initial start to the visit this young man made it very pleasant. Upon asking he told Me his name was Steve and i would Like to congratulate mcdonalds western ring road for having such a good young man working for them. He’s going to go very far in his life. during the summer holiday to tullamarine they drove with the aircraft that is located at the airport melbourne along the plane view along the road, and on the way to the house took the western ring road and stopped at this mcdonald’s (which next. a service station) quite busy McDonald’s when I went into most people who ordered by the self-serving kiosks. I went to the counter and ordered the “big big Mac” (lightly bigger than the normal big mac it was a limited time option.) it was freshly cooked (after a short waiting period,) and I found a seat in the rather large escap. as other reviewers have explained, it is not the cleanest mcdonald’s, but it is efficient and the staff are friendly. so...
We recently visited the Western Ring Road West, McDonald 's McCafe for coffee cake definitely a big mistake . Ordered cappuccino cinnamon scroll (requested non heated asked if scroll was fresh and told yes but received a latte coffee and a dry stale scroll....I advised the female attendant the coffees were wrong and not what we ordered and scroll stale, but she didn 't really care and just said I thought you asked for lattes. No offer made of remaking our coffees or replacing the stale scroll. Very poor service. Cafe not busy at the time. Later utilised the amenities what a shocking state, very dirty/unclean condition, paper and water strewn all over the floor and appeared to have been there...
should have made a photo on Monday at 12.30 am. ordered a med cheeseburger meal with water and partner ordered an breakfast mcmuffin. After we were asked to pull ten minutes in the waiting lane, we got a cold over...cooked dry mcmuffin and my cheese burger must originally have a big mac or another burger with salat it had no pickle no sneaking the smallest piece sauce salat and cheese. has not been on the new tastier and juicier advertising. absolutely the worst maccas had lived in our lives. never back. no idea why we were drawn in, how many bad meals had.

Went there drive thru tonight around 10pm, there were 8 cars in front of us, have to wait 25 mins to get ordered and another 10 mins to collected foods. Staffs offer no explanation why was it so slow( what is the meaning of fast...food outlet), the burger wasn’t wrapped properly, pickle fell out, apple pie is cold,coke tasted like ice water. This is not the first time it happened to me in this outlet, shame on you McDonald’s that you still have such an outlet like this one exist that treat customers with contempt, very disappointed.
I ordered through the app and went through the drive-thru. I was greeted by a very cheerful and friendly woman who confirmed my payment through the app. It was a delight to interact with someone who seemed so enthusiastic about their job and was happy to provide such excellent customer service. Thank you for such a pleasant experience. The food was prepared promptly and there were no issues with my order.
on the 14th april I went to the west at lunchtime and had a very bad customer service from a lady wearing a black t-shirt that I suspect as manager of supervisor. no wonder the reviews are bad. worst experience ever, bad attitude without hearing geduld.
This outlet on the Western Ring Road is a busy one. That said the restaurant is well maintained and presented. Serving the usual McDonald's fare the staff got the order correct and the meal was delivered quickly and as requested.

McDonald's is a standard fast food restaurant conveniently located on the side of the freeway. It is an excellent rest stop for truck drivers, even though the only dining options are McDonald's and 7-11.
