I've been coming here for years now and haven't really had a big issue with them until recently. I wanted to inform the worker that their phone and website were not working since I was trying to place an order ahead of time to prevent myself from waiting long at the restaurant. The worker gave no f_cks in the world when I informed him. I wasn't expecting an explanation but at least acknowledge it. Now I'm here waiting for my food and I'm literally the only customer here. Something needs to change here. Especially, if recent reviews haven't been the best.
This place opens at 11:30am on Wednesday not 11am, even though the hours on both Google and Yelp say 11am-12am.Will gladly delete this review when this has been fixed by either a change on Google and yelp or the store actually opening at 11am. Oddly, no hours are posted outside the shop. Part of me suspects the person opening today just arbitrarily picked 11:30am because they were behind. Just speculation though. The open sign was on and the door was wide open. They had not prepared the shop yet, so chairs were still stacked and whatnot.
Coming here was the worst experience I ever had for sure. The man at the register was rude. I placed my order of one tea and had to wait forever. I was the first person in line. Then another woman came in and I saw him making her drink and he wasn’t alone. There was a woman working with him. Her order was completed before mine. First and last time I’ll ever go there.

I ordered the avocado coconut latte but it was really bad. I asked the worker if it was possible to make something else and he quickly replaced my order with a different drink that he helped me pick out. Very attentive if you work up the courage to ask for help. I will be frequenting this boba shop often from now on :Food: 5/5
Came in after work with my girlfriend because we were craving the Snow Yogurt drinks. Alexia took care of us, and was very friendly and happy. Drinks were very good and hit the spot. We'll be back again soon.
First time here and Definitely my last. Lady by the cashier had an attitude. Aside fromher attitude, they charge a service fee and we had to wait more than 30 minutes for our drink. Never again.
Tea is great and they have vanilla ice cream red bean and oats for toppings! Something you can’t find at most boba places! Love how they’re open late til 1am too!
