Incredible atmosphere and food. We went to Morton's last night. We had the bone in Ribeye, the Waygu, the fillet mignon, oysters, baked potatoes and lobster mash potatoes. Dessert with the house specialty lava cake. The bone in Ribeye was perfect. We had blue cheese on it. It's done perfectly to exact temperature asked. Fillet mignon was perfect as well. Waygu a la Oscar Rare.... Not great. It came medium, yet the foie gras rare to the point it's not edible. Though I asked them cook it once more, still not edible. We were nervous about a Mother's day dinner out anywhere, but were very pleasantly surprised. Our waiter had been there since before opening, said they had been fed all day and was enormously charming and seemed genuinely happy to be there. Food, was of course, fabulous!
Everyone paid attention to detail from valet helping me with birthday decorations to happy birthday printed on the menus to exceptional table staff help to taking our family pictures!! It was a great night!! Thank you
Amazing steak. I had the Wagu and it was perfect. Side dishes were excellent too. The service was just right, not overpowering, just attentive at the right times. Great experience.
