On my first visit I got a deli ham sandwich that had all quality ingredients. It was good and the staff wasn't the friendliest but were efficient. The trash cans were full and many tables remain uncleaned. I returned later during another shift and the the two lattes I ordered took 20 minutes. Jazmin is quite the scammer! She charged me full price for a sandwich and soup, even though I clearly stated I was ordering the duo. I only realized the mistake after finishing my soup and approached her to inquire about it. Instead of addressing the issue, she became defensive and began screaming at me, insisting that I never ordered the duo. To be honest, I will never return to this place. Her behavior was incredibly rude. It was only a $3 difference; that amount wouldn't even make a dent in her earnings. It would have been easy for her to resolve the issue, but instead, she chose to yell at me loudly and snatched the receipt from my hands. I would rate her customer service skills as zero...

Panera Bread has very slow service. Even if you pre-order online 30 minutes ahead, your order might not be ready on time. I ended up waiting 15 minutes during my lunch break just for them to serve soup in a cup, not even a bread bowl. This was especially frustrating for employees with limited time. The menu options are good, but the wait really diminishes the experience.
Bread maker Keith Nowlan works as a night time bread maker. I know for a fact that he drinks alcohol on the job. Please beware!!! He is also a lead. Sad to see someone that has authority like him fail at his work abilities to do his job correctlyand stay sober. This is against the law.
Panera Bread location has very good bread and other amenities sandwiches, other foods you can have for lunch the atmosphere is kind of boring haha modern style open atmosphere but a good place for a snack or something quick to
I’m thrilled that Panera Bread is available inside the hospital! It’s a great alternative to typical hospital food. My daughter absolutely loved her steel-cut oatmeal with strawberries from their menu!
