This place helped me to have sort of an address(to charge my phone and take a break-averagely I would spend like 1-3hours some days) while I was homeless in Bethesda however the staff treated me as evil as they could. Ordered online at 11:23 and the estimated pick up 12 :23. I got there at 12:10 and I waited, waited, waited, waited and waited with a bunch of other people who where looking for their lunch. I was told repeatedly that they were working on the order. I was finally given the order (with only one soup order wrong) at 1:09 It took them an hour and 46 minutes to make 7 lunches Never again!
This was just a disaster. They never packed the items that I paid for. Will never go to Panera and of course to this store for sure. Unfortunately I don 't have option to choose zero: stars.

I ordered a latte alongside my lunch and the latte delivered was only half full. Since I ordered delivery, I can't even go in to have them remake it.
One of my fave place. Almost everything was deliciousand worth it. It's always clean and their employees were very friendly.
