So we chose to eat taco johns tonight wed. March 16 2022 @8:00. My wife spent $38.00 on a meal for our family. The food was so cold the dogs would not eat it after we declined the meal. Order a Super Nacho at full price and they gave me a little bit of super nachos in a small bowl. Warning this place can't do Churros correctly, they have been cold and hard as a brick and ebd up in the garbage at $2.00 a pop its aggravating that they know what they are giving you but just don't care. The Southside Paducah is my favorite one as they always give you good food and the staff is excellent!!! Last time I will be at this location...
The food is really good as far as fast food goes. At all costs I suggest using the drive-thru. Everytime I've ever ordered ahead through the app it has been nothing but a headache. Even though its supposed to be faster they take on average about 15mins of parking to deliver you your food when it has already been done for 10. Whole lines cleared before I got mine. The customer service here is terrible! I ordered some potatoes that were missing from my delivery. When I reached out, I was told to either come pick them up or add my name to a list. The clerk was very rude, so I ended the call. The manager is just as impolite. While the food is good, it's not worth the stress of dealing with the staff. If I could, I would give them half a star. Had never heard of a Taco John's so decided to stop by it gets bonus points for the value menu being cheap hefty portion sizes for the prices. Didn't like that we had to wait in line for forever but I'm sure they are short like everywhere right now. Food was hot fresh for the wait time.
The restaurant got my order wrong two times in a row, and then the cashier argued that this was how I had ordered it.
I prefer Taco Bell, but it's not a significant difference. The Potato Oles are way too salty for my taste.
