Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

We tried this location for the first time this evening for dinner, and were very disappointed that we had several issues with our order. The sides were cold and incorrect on one of two combos, and the other combo was the wrong sandwich.When we went back to ask for a refund the manager refused, and offered 10 bucks, that didn’t cover what was wrong.Customer service is what keeps customers coming back, just as important as food quality. I will not be back to this location.

I don't think I have ever been here and not had to wait 5 minutes for food. I'm fine to wait but why have a freaking drive through if you are never going to have food ready quickly?
