I have twice now attempted to order from this Potbellys. Once in person and once online. In person I waited over 25 minutes after ordering and eventually had to cancel my order and walk out to get to a meeting. The store was packed with people waiting. I then attempted to order online to give it another try, and they canceled my order. What is going on at this location that they can't get it together? I've never experienced this at a Potbellys and would love to order from here as I work just down the street. So disappointing.
As usual. Another screwed up order from this location. I'm sorry Colin B you didn't get your order. I didn't get mine either. It was the right receipt on the bag ... so the Door Dash driver had no idea, just the wrong contents. Called about making it good, and they said we can refund the order, but no driver available to resend the original order. Lazy. 740pm on a Friday. Thanks. Didn't even get our free cookie ... lol ... never again.
I would give this restaurant zero stars if I could. The new system is terrible - I waited forever for a sandwich while one employee focused on phone and app orders and the other three employees were busy with non-food related tasks. I had to ask twice for my order, and I was the only customer in the restaurant. Incompetent service. This happened on a Saturday at 1:30pm.
I love that this location ahs been remolded, but hate that I had no warning that the sandwiches are smaller ONLY at this location, I've been to other locations that haven't been renovated and they still have the original size for the original size sandwich, very disappointed, this place cut a chunk off and gave no notice, I would have gotten a big had I know.

This location is terrible since they remodeled and changed the layout. It was much better before when you could watch and tell the person making ur sadwich exactly what u wanted on it and make sure it was right before it was finished. Also you got rid of chicken enchilada soup and that was the only soup I ever bought from here.
The talented blonde boy with clips at this restaurant knows how to make a perfect sandwich. It didn't fall apart and stayed together throughout my entire meal. I have been to Potbelly many times, but I have never had a sandwich that held together as well as the one he made me. Kudos to the skilled blonde boy with clips.

The sandwiches are good and the people working there are friendly., but they mess up/mix your orders now and again. If you are taking out, check your sandwiches before you leave, not what is says on the label but the sandwiches themselves.

Kirsten took my order and prepared my sandwiches before my kids even had a chance to complain about being hungry. I really appreciate the hard work everyone at the branch put in to make my order of four delicious wrecks!
I called to place order as I had problems to place order on app. sandwiches were warm at my arrival toasty.
