I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while. I really tried to give Pulp Juice and Smoothie a fair shot, but my experiences have been disappointing. I highly recommend visiting the locations in Poland or Canfield, where the owner takes pride in the quality of the products and genuinely cares for customers. The Niles location fails to live up to the Pulp brand. Each time I've ordered a smoothie, I’ve found large chunks of fruit—if I wanted chunks, I could just buy them from Walmart! This review has been a long time coming. I try to give this place the benefit of the doubt but it?s terrible. Go to POLAND, or CANFIELD, where the owner actually cares about his product and the customers that walk in the door. This Nile?s location sets abad example for the pulp franchise. This has to be the worst pulp location. Employees are always unfriendly and make you feel super awkward. No greeting and I had to awkwardly stand there and wait for them to finish their convo. Didn?t ask how they could help me or what I would like theystared at me. This was the most awkward and ridiculous interaction I?ve ever had at a business, and the smoothie tastedcompletely wrong. Stick to Poland or Boardman location. 10000x better service
The prices at Pulp Juice and Smoothie are outrageous—$35 for 2 chicken wraps and 2 smoothies! The line was incredibly long, stretching to the back of the restaurant, and there was only one person at the register. One employee was making smoothies while another, with just a hat covering his long hair and no proper food safety cover, was handling the wraps. The service took ages, and the wait in line felt just as long.
So Ive been craving a mind-blowing, thick, ice cold,high quality smoothie that was bursting with natural flavor. I stopped in at pulp for the first time and that's exactly what I got with the blueberry dream. Quick service and in my opinion, has the bestsmoothie and flavor selection in the area.
Ridiculous price fr 2 chicken wraps 2 smoothies. 35 ! Line was way to back of restaurant. Only 1 register girl .one making smoothies one guy making wraps with just a hat in long hair with no protection cover on .took forever fr service then towait was just as long.

Oh my gosh! How fantastic! This is how you run a business. The husband and wife duo who own this franchise are beyond lovely. The ingredients are FRESH and the prices are reasonable. The staff is friendly and helpful. Top notch Pulp Niles! Well done.
Everything i try at this place is so delicious. Wraps so good. Try the Asian wrap and avocado smoothie and you will be addicted! That my friend is a good addiction to have.
