Ordered a salad, asked chicken and bacon to be placed on the side. I don 't eat meat of any kind. My boyfriend was going to have the chicken and bacon. I saw the waitress typing/clicking for a while on her phone. I thought she got that down. When the saladcame, I saw chicken pieces were on the salad. I told the server that I asked for chicken and bacon on the side. He took thesalad, and came back a little later. Did not receive a pig out double burger, instead recieved a normal double cheeseburger. Did not receive a southern charm burger either, recieved a normal cheeseburger. No point in paying $5 more for speciality burgers to receive the basic red Robin burger. The burgers were good but not what I ordered and paid more for. I have ordered from here many times and never had an order as wrong as tonight. Will not order again.
Red robin has great options. I'd give more stars but they haven't improved their bottomless fries service EVER! I got hardly any at first then the server put in like 6 more orders which all came out at once which is wasteful and not necessary. The banzaiburger came out incorrect but edible enough to not send back. Would go back but I'm used to the issues I've mentioned. Theyhappen at every red robin. Every time.
I?m in shock! Something told me to open it because the wrap was hard but very large. Little did I know it was like 3 wraps with not even a cup of lettuce chicken and cheese. If I could I want a refund for the price I paid for receiving just the spinachwrap practically. Threw it out, it was disgusting. But 1 star because the fries were ok and I usually never gave a problem here.

Received takeout container with my order label on it but definitely not my order inside, not even close. I ordered a bacon cheddar burger with tomato, ketchup and Mayo no lettuce with a side of garlic fries and received a hamburger with lettuce, onions and pickles. Quality control?Obviously doesn't exist. Will absolutely think twice about ordering again

We've had great experiences at Red Robin, particularly with the quality of their food. The Pretzel Bites are fantastic, and I absolutely love the beer cheese. My favorite dish is the mushroom Swiss burger!
I’ve always wanted to try Red Robin, and I finally got the opportunity. I was really impressed by the burger and the steak fries. Although the fries were a bit cold, I still enjoyed my meal.

The food is excellent. The service is fantastic. I love the online ordering system. I could enjoy a quick well-made meal and take it home and share it with my wife. I love Red Robin!
