My family and I came here for my brother's 24th birthday and the service sucked. The server (the one with red hair) took our order, dropped off an incomplete order and then was never to be seen again. My mom was waiting on her rice and my brother on his drink. By the time 2 other helpful restaurant workers came by to check in on us, 30-40 minutes in, we were mostly done and it was too late for my mom to enjoy her rice so she dismissed it. Also, we find out half of the drinks on the menu, including my brother's, are unavailable because they don't have a bar!? Then let it be known on the menu or take them off. I learned they serve the few mixed drinks they have with agave wine not hard liquor....
this place is an excellent place to eat. everything we had eaten had a great taste. we had micheladas and they were the best we ever had. only do they know that they don't pay the US prices for Mexico prices. but the less it was worth the money. there was also a live band that was a big plus.
Food was great. My complements to the cooks. I was impressed. The service was great too! I tend to travel a lot. I'm adding this to my favorites for sure! And yes the food was still great when I got to Bel Air I got there in less then an hour with AC on blast tho xD
my shrimp cocktail ceviche was the bomb. my hubby was too late for menudo, so he had steak picado. it was good! Juke/Wand music is loud, so if you have one. Good luck. otherwise it's good to eat. muchelada is also okay.
