I’m sorry to say, but the younger staff really need to step up their game. The competition in this area is fierce. The salad I received was old, and the fish had a strong, unpleasant taste of oil. At $11.00 for a piece of fish and salad, the price could be reasonable, but not with those flavors. The staff could also improve their demeanor while serving customers; they looked quite gloomy. Even the lemons they provided were soft, suggesting they had been cut and left in the fridge for too long. They could benefit from improving their offerings to better engage and inspire their customers. I hope they don’t end up losing money because of this. Sorry guys you better lift your game. Theres so much competition here. Your salad was old and you could really taste the oil in the fish. $11.00 for a piece of fish and salad might be ok in price but not when it tastes like that. Also dont look so depressed when serving customers. Even the lemons you gave me had gone soft. Try cutting them on order and leave them in the fridge. You have to do better specials to get the customers excited. Hope you dont lose your money over this shop. I'll buy from you again just because I'm a buisness man and I know how hard it is to make money especially in a shopping center
probably one of the best fish chipperies in Melbourne. Forget about hunky dory, Dlish Fish all these try hard franchises. Try there home made and freshly battered fish, there grilled fish, delicious burgers and salads and BEAT CHIPS EVA!! just to name a few. Great service and always happy to cook fresh if not available in the Bae Marie's. Atleast the fish I ask for is actually it and not a cheap substitute ! Unlike my old fish and chip place.Seriously you have not had fish and chips until you have eaten at Seafood Kitchen keep up the GREAT WORK !!
If I could give this restaurant a zero, I definitely would. I stopped by during my lunch break and was thoroughly disappointed. The food was horrendous, drenched in oil and simply inedible. Now I understand why it wasn’t busy during the lunch rush. There’s no excuse for such low-quality food. I really should have checked the reviews before going. It's clear that the owner doesn’t take pride in the quality of the food or in customer feedback. This was my first and last visit.

The service was terrible; it would have been nice to have a few friendly faces! I received the wrong change, and when I pointed it out, she just told me what it should be. The amount I was given was incorrect, and honestly, you can keep your 5-cent coins. The spring rolls were ruined by too much soy sauce. On the bright side, the curry puff was good. However, I will never patronize this place again, even if every other option is closed.
21. märz 2020 I picked fish for me and fish and chips for a child who was with me and my buddy, delicious! more than a month ago . I dived for lunch as I used the EV charging station. they didn't sell a coffee, but we got a few burgers and a drink. plus chips x 1, 3 of us sat at one of the tables. the back of the chair was covered with tomato sauce? yes. Anyway, eating was presented in recyclable, polite and helpful service. Thank you.
I just enjoyed the grilled lemon fish and chips, and I was really impressed with both the fish and the fries. The fish had a wonderful flavor, and the fries were crispy and not greasy at all. I would definitely recommend it!
