The owner, Dawn McNulty doesn’t seem the least bit concerned about the safety of their employees. Homeless people are constantly coming into the property and harassing and physically assaulting managers and guests. This business has been opened for decades and I have never seen a proper security guard on site. How is it that a place like King Taco can have a guard but Shakey’s relies on the women running that establishment. It’s embarrassing that this is even an issue and the owner should be ashamed that employees are constantly being put at risk.
The lunch buffet here is excellent, featuring pizza, chicken, a salad bar, and a few other options. You’re allowed to go back for additional helpings of chicken and pizza, but you can only visit the salad bar once. This policy has changed over time. I also miss the dessert pizza they used to offer, which was one of my favorites, but unfortunately, that's no longer available. Despite these changes, I still consider it to be the best Shakey’s buffet in the San Gabriel Valley.
there are no healthy options at all, but if they want to get pizza, boneless, beer and arcade games for the children, it is an option. the food quality and taste varies from one day to another, so they could have luck and get something delicious or a bad day quite bad.
Call it nostalgia, but I absolutely love this place that my family frequented when I was a child in the 80s. Now, I bring my own children here, and I hope they will continue the tradition. The mojos, pizza, fried chicken—everything is just amazing! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
they are great! they do everything from ground up and use the freshest ingredients. I never know that there is such a juwel near my work: . and their crispy roasted disc potatoes should die!
great place to celebrate the birthday of a beloved! we had a great meeting to celebrate my father's birthday! the atmosphere is great from small to oldest it is a place for everyone!
It was very busy when i went. The food was good but the tables were dirty and so was the game room. No one was working the game room, and i saw a person stilling some of the prizes.
The manager initially seemed a bit aggressive when checking my order, but the other staff were quick and polite. I would definitely return for the lunch combo. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The pizza, mojos, and chicken are consistently excellent, and I eagerly anticipate our next order. Most of the staff are friendly and accommodating.
