Sorry Starbucks, I 'm a shareholder and a huge fan. 1-star review to hopefully get some attention here in hopes you guys turn things around. I know much of this is out of your hands. But please try. I 'm currently at this location. Although it 's perfectly clean in here, it STINKS in each and every corner of the huge indoor space. It 's a free wifi homeless encampment in here. One guy 's still wearing his ankle bracelet. Even the non-homeless-looking people are just drinking water watching videos on their laptops.Such a shame. A very nice decor. Nice staff. Nice layout. I have been frequenting this Starbucks daily ever since it opened, but I consistently encounter issues with the same employee, MARCO. Despite my efforts to communicate my order clearly, MARCO consistently gets it wrong or mixes up orders. He often gives other customers the wrong order and displays a lack of attention to detail. His attitude is consistently poor, and he lacks basic customer service and people skills. I have observed other customers experiencing similar frustrations with MARCO. His behavior is unprofessional and makes for a negative experience for customers. Trenta passion tea and a blueberry scone please! Came in around 2pm and the drive thru was a jippy. 1 car ahead of me. Ali was my barista and she was sweet and attentive. It's been a minute since I've had a iced tea and she was quick to point out which one I was asking for. Location is always busy. 30+ parking stalls. Busy lot. Sometimes it's hard to even order ahead through the app for this location because coming in and out with the drive thru lane in the way is super hard. Location is super clean and so are the restrooms.
I had a frustrating experience at this Starbucks location with an unprofessional team. I had placed an online order at 9:33 pm, and the app indicated that I could pick it up at the front counter. However, when I arrived at 9:35 pm, the door was already closed. I had to wait for more than 10 minutes in the drive-thru. It was disappointing to see that the staff did not respect the pick-up time indicated by the app, and even when they saw me waiting at the front door, they did not offer any assistance. I want to give a shout out to Grankarlo at Starbucks. He was very patient with our order and prepared an incredible passion tea mix that tasted great! He even asked about our preference for sweetness in the drink. Grankarlo has a fantastic attitude and is an incredible worker with a great smile. I wasn't a big Starbucks fan before, but thanks to Grankarlo's amazing service, I will definitely be coming back for more of their delicious and refreshing drinks!
One of the workers (named steph) was very rude towards me as I ordered, first she cut me off after she asked me to repeat my order. Afterwards I wanted to ask a question but she turned around and walked away, I waited a while before asking again she made eye contact but ignored me. The horrible customer service will make me never return again.
Cool Starbucks but they gotta do something with homeless people that come and chill inside the store. The entire place smells bad, like a restroom that’s never been cleaned. It’s smells like skid row, like downtown LA.
