The people at this location are always nice and friendly but they make terrible drinks. If you are going for a basics black coffee or cold brew with no additions or customizations then go here, otherwise set your expectations low. For some reason they taste very chemically, I don't know if they aren't cleaning things correctly or their syrups are old, but I will still go to this location over the other Oakdale one. If you have the time drive to Riverbank, that's the best one.
I’ve visited this Starbucks multiple times, and out of all the locations I've been to, this one seems to have the most errors. If they’re understaffed and that’s putting pressure on the team, leading to more mistakes, then I hope the hiring manager steps in to hire additional help for the current staff. Given how things are right now, I can only rate it a 3 out of 5.
Let's be honest who doesn't love Starbucks I love love love the pumpkin spice latte as soon as it comes I am there all the time they're very friendly here nice and even though sometimes the line is pretty long I will wait because they're friendly and decent and they're nice to my dog
The service was terrible; I had to ask for my drinks to be remade three times because they claimed they don't usually prepare them that way. I always order my vanilla bean with extra caramel and cinnamon, so it was frustrating. The baristas were also quite unfriendly! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
It was ok. The service was slow, and my server was a bit rude. Now I do understand that they were busy at the time, but I did order online, and it told me it was ready, but I have to wait another 10 minutes.
Solid option when Peets is not available. But the smallest tall cappuccino is insipid unless you ask for 2 shots. At Peet 's, 2 shots in a small cappuccino is standard. That is class.
Much smaller after remodel. Got order wrong. Uncomfortable. The most disgusting bathroom. Filthy and out of soap. Will not go back to this location.
