I ordered a Veggie Patty sandwich yesterday and I was left extremely disappointed. I dealt with very rude and impatient employees who made me feel far from welcome. When I got home to eat my sandwich my veggie patties were barely warm, my sandwich wasn't cut, the lady who served me put on enough mayonnaise to drown a horse and I was given no napkins to clean up the excess mayonnaise. If I could I would give this restaurant a 0 star review but I did think that the toilets where an upside to my experience and alone deserve the one star that is the minimum I give.
during the lock it was hard to take one away that you could not eat at a table. a foot long roll from the subway is one of these meal times, but while a little mucky filled with so much fresh salat and teriyaki huh. it was fantastic. After a quick trip to the eastern countries filled with people, a place that had good social disintegration was great. Eating was good, but the menu was so confusing, so hard to read with many options.
Had breakfast at New Norfolk Subway store was clean and covid considerat. Service was excellent even though the girl I think her name was Jasmin was very busy. I couldn't beleive how rude a customer was to her she handled it very well. Sandwich was delicious apart from no capsicum available.
the only thing that will stop this load to get five stars from me is that they seem quite often underoccupied, it will wait a line of four or five people to be served. in addition brilliant service, good food, well prepared and presented. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
All subways are terrible, over priced and no where near as healthy as they claim to be... lots of little extras making them not as cost friendly as they think they are... staff are young in supervised and poorly trained...
This is the worst attempt at a toastie I have ever encountered. It looked nothing like a toasted sandwich and seemed to have been merely warmed in the oven. The extra roasted notes were not evident at all.
Lovely service came here on 24th April around 8:30-9 young lad serviced me he was so helped make the food so delicious desirable.Hopefully he gets recognised!!

What do you expect? Fine dining? No, just a bog standard Subway, no better, no worse than many others.
