We are regular diners in Queensland and while on vacation, we stopped by Moonah Subway for lunch. Unfortunately, it was the worst sub I have ever had. The food preparation area was dirty and not cleaned between customers. The meat in each section was mixed and looked sloppy. The tables were dirty and the toilets were in poor condition. There were no napkins available and although the employees were attentive, they did not offer to clean up the mess. The sandwich had an odd taste, possibly due to the lack of fresh ingredients. I would not recommend this restaurant.
I frequently go to Subway for lunch while I'm at work. Today, I ordered my usual chicken bacon ranch sandwich. The employee only put a small amount of chicken on the sandwich and put the cheese only in the center. When I asked the person making the salad for salt and pepper, I had to ask twice before they actually added it. I also asked for ranch dressing, which was barely noticeable on the sandwich. When I requested a little more, I was told I would have to pay extra. The bread roll was the worst I have ever had.
I often call in here to get wraps for my partner and myself. Place is always clean and tidy. Staff are courteous, friendly and efficient. Salads always look fresh and taste fresh. I usually ask for 2 BMT wraps and 1 Tuna wrap. My partner...and I reckon it tastes good and the cost is reasonable. Paper bags and serviettes are available for the asking. Have been going to this place for quite a while and food is always consistently good.

Enjoyed the meal, good selection of salads to add to sub but I wonder why extra is charged for pineapple. Service was good & it did the job.

it was served really fast and the order was great, friendly staff, happy to recommend for a quick snack on the jump.
