Avoid this Subway location at all costs! I would give it zero stars if possible, as the service was absolutely terrible. I ordered two tuna footlongs through the app for pickup. When I arrived, an employee was extremely rude and dismissive. She ignored me when I told her I had placed an order, claiming it wasn’t in their system despite my confirmation. Her attitude quickly became hostile. She told me to cancel the order to get a refund, but as I was leaving, I saw my sandwiches sitting on the shelf. Very bad attitude. The tone of voice and responses to questions are so bad. I asked about the coupon and right away I felt like I was being yelled at. Then during my order, I asked if I can get a foot long of BMT with half of the side with the meat only and the other half with everything and that didn't work out so well either--almost turned into an argument. It was my first time I did an online order so I don't know if it's like this all the time or not but they took forever to do the order. I ordered it and the email said it would be ready in 15 when it actually took 30. It would have been faster ordering in then ordering online

I found my Philly sandwich to be a bit bland. My girlfriend really liked her tuna sandwich, but she was disappointed by the broccoli cheese soup, which was much thinner than it used to be.
They close at 8 pm, and I visited around 7 pm. They were out of meatballs and soup, and the only bread option available was wheat. The spinach was wilted. However, the server was friendly.
This Subway location has the most rude and judgmental manager I've ever come across. It's the worst store I've ever visited. I strongly suggest avoiding this place.
