Me and my wife were at Sushi Izumi on July 15.2022 at 5:15 PM.Place was obviously empty. we were seated in front of the windows gray bench comfortable.Cleanliness: 2 5The paper curtain glued to ceiling had stains and a lot of dust and was not nice to look at.Comfort: 2 5The air conditioning somehow was not able to reach that location front of the restaurant, so it was very, very hot. I went there with my girlfriend. It was our first time visiting Canada. Because we love sushi we decided to try dinner time. When arrived they make us sit on a nice table but unfortunately it was not properly clean. The servers have the attitude. When my wife ask for water with ice he looked and take the glass without saying anything and did not come back (till food came. After 20 minutes)We decided to eat and not order anything else as we’re not happy with service we decide to leave and the server complains why we are putting 18% tip!?I told him does he think he deserve it? Never going back to this place. Servers are horrible. They all have depress and annoying expression on their faces if you ask something they give you eye rolls. Food was okay but when you go and pay they asked for the service and demand extra tips. Like for what? Giving me your attitude and eye roll?I understand we are all working on minimum wages.but that’s now how you should train. People from my university used to come here a lot . I am also warning them don’t go to the place where people loot you or make you feel bad for not able to afford to pay tips because per head price for one person is expensive already

Was such an amazing night with my friends and family!!! Andy was a very good server, super kind too. Everyone loved the food, will comme back!!!!!!

Sushis are amazing, rest of the food is pretty good. Good vibes, great place to go with friends!
